We all love a good slice of pizza, but apparently the National Institute on Drug Abuse thinks some Americans love it a bit too much. Using $780,000 of taxpayer money, they did research at college campuses in order to establish whether or not different foods we’re actually addicting. We have a tough time feeling bad for college students literally being paid to eat foods like pizza, ice cream, and French fries. Sounds like a college kid’s dream. Luckily the study found that none of these foods are “extremely problematic” when it comes to being addictive. Good to know next time you’re jonesing for a slice.
